My first post. (Yay!) And of all the times to make my account, it's during the two weeks I'm away from home. I needed something to do, currently in a downtime period on my vacation. Wait, aren't vacations supposed to be all about downtime? Well, you know what I'm talking about.

Now for how I discovered Newgrounds.

About two years ago I was over at a friends house. We were just clowning around, playing Super Smash Bros. Melee, eagerly awaiting the release of Brawl. My friend had unlocked everything... except for one silly stage. I on the other hand, had just unlocked what he was missing about a week ago. I told him that I knew how to unlock it, and he begged me to reveal the secret. I forced him to say that I was the better one between the two of us at SSBM, and that Samus was totally better than Marth (Both in skills and looks). He managed to painfully mutter out what I had told him to say, and then told me that I now owed him the secret to get the stage. I replied back, saying that if he pleaded a bit more, then I might tell him. He rolled his eyes and said "Screw you. I'm gonna look it up on the computer." I followed him into the next room where his computer was, and watched him open up his internet page. His home page was none other than the Newgrounds home page. I asked him what site he was on, and he replied by telling me a bit about the site. I asked him if he would show me some of his favorite 'flashes', and he said yes... under one condition. I had to personally unlock the last stage on SSBM for him if he showed me around. I grunted out a yes, thinking to myself that this had better be worth it. And it totally was.

From then on, I would check out the site every now and again. I've watched many series and collections, such as Egoraptor's Awesome videos (pun intended) and Krinkles' Madness videos, both of which I am now fans of. Up until now, I had been too lazy to make an account here. Call me weird, I don't know why I hesitated to do something that only takes a minute.

That's all I have to say for now. Whoever happens to read all of this deserves a new medal.
